Nordex Group wins a new series turbine order in Turkey

The Nordex Group is further enlarging its footprint in Turkey: end of March, the Caba Grup ordered 39 N133/4800 turbines form the Delta4000 series for the second construction phase of the “Istanbul” wind farm. The order also includes a Premium Service contract for the turbines covering a period of 15 years.

The Nordex Group had already received an order in 2019 for the first 24 MW construction phase “Istanbul-I” with five N133/4800 turbines, where currently the first turbine is being installed and the remaining turbines are under construction. The Nordex Group is now supplying a further 39 turbines of the same turbine type for the second construction phase totalling 187 MW. Delivery of the turbines for this second construction phase is scheduled for late summer 2021.
