Türkiye’s Best CNC Operators Selected in the CNC Masters Competition

The excitement of the finals reached fever pitch in the CNC Masters competition, organized by GNC Makina to determine Türkiye’s most talented CNC operators. Competitors who qualified for the finals from hundreds of participants from across the country competed fiercely for the grand prize.

CNC Masters, a highly popular event across Turkey, took place in three distinct stages: technical training, hands-on production, and jury evaluation. Finalists demonstrated their skills on CNC machines, demonstrating their skills. At the end of the event, the three most successful operators received awards.

The competition, organized to highlight the importance of the CNC operator profession for the industrial sector and to encourage professional development, was held in three stages from May 25th to June 28th. The competition began with online applications, continued with technical training at the GNC Academy, and then with hands-on production performances in the field. At the end of the competition, operators from across Turkey demonstrated their skills on the CNC machine before the jury.

The winning finalists received both cash prizes and technical equipment.

The grand finale of the competition took place at the GNC Makina office. The finalists competed under equal conditions to produce their finished product, machining it in just three hours using all the features of the Nakamura Tome SC100x2 lathe.

Following detailed evaluations by the jury of industry leaders, Hakan Soylu received a prize of 50,000 TL, Efe Tosun a prize of 30,000 TL, and Ferdi Cüci a prize of 20,000 TL. The top three finalists also received various gifts of technical equipment to support their professional development.

Sole female finalist honored

One of the standout names at CNC Masters this year was Helin Kınık, the sole female finalist. Kınık, who qualified for the finals with her technical proficiency, stood out in the jury for her performance in the production process. In line with the goal of increasing the visibility of female employees in the industry, Helin Kınık was presented with the “CNC Masters Courage Award.”
