Concepts of the age “sustainability and efficiency for the future”

Referring to the importance of their collaboration with EMAG, a company that makes innovations in the field of CNC machine tools, Tezmaksan General Manager Hakan Aydoğdu said, “One of the most important concepts of our age is ‘sustainability and efficiency for the future’. The presence of Robotic Automation Systems in production plays more critical roles than before in realizing sustainability and achieving efficiency. As Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, which aims to spread the advanced technology culture we embrace in the world, we have embarked on an important journey with EMAG. Our first joint project will be to realize line optimization with capacity and efficiency increase by adding 10 new lines to the KamLitKZ factory in Kazakhstan, which produces brake systems for commercial vehicles for the automotive industry. In the automation of the production cells, which include a total of 10 industrial robots, nine with a carrying capacity of 150 kg and one with a carrying capacity of 280 kg, the feeding process will take place by taking the work pieces from the baskets by robots, connecting them to the relevant fixtures, processing them on the machine, and then dropping them into the finished parts basket from the cleaning station. It will place parts in the SPC station via its interface for the quality control process at a certain interval. “As the final process, the products will be marked with the QR code by the robot and left in the finished product stock area,” he said.

Two new joint projects are coming from Tezmaksan Robot and EMAG

Stating that they want to continue their cooperation with EMAG for many years, Aydoğdu shared the following information about future projects: “We need new breakthroughs for the sustainable success of our Tezmaksan Robot company both at home and abroad. For this reason, we will diversify our cooperation with EMAG with different projects. For this purpose, preliminary work has been started on two separate projects in addition to our current project. The first is the EMAG Mexico project and the other is the EMAG CubeBOX work. “Both EMAG and our Tezmaksan Robot company are very eager to implement these two projects as soon as possible.”
