Enerjisa Enerji, Turkey’s leading electricity distributor and retailer, which offers nature-friendly and renewable energy solutions to provide savings and efficiency, is integrating artificial intelligence into its 24/7 digital services for over 22 million users. By keeping up with global digitalization trends, a key part of its vision, Enerjisa aims to increase efficiency across operations by strengthening digitalization. With the application of AI, Enerjisa has achieved substantial growth, revenue increase, cost reduction, and overall efficiency improvements. Faturan Cebinde, Enerjisa’s first AI and RPA mobile app, enables customers to submit meter readings and get bills through image processing – reducing human errors and manual work.
